Our goal at Coaching Hat Canada is to help the coach build their toolbox to be ready for performance and advancement. With over two decades of experience at all levels of sport we coach coaches from where they are to where they want to be while balancing the demands of an active coach. Coach Retreats are popular events where coaches from multiple sports come together to share insights, collaborate and problem solve in a safe and inclusive environment. All Coaching Hat retreats are designed with deliberate learning time combined with informal learning time so coaches can freely engage and share with each other on a variety of topics.
